Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations to support growth and add to the bottom line. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies while providing productive administrative management involving business and financial.
- Tracking of work status and statistics
- Led and directed the development team to ensure the client’s requirements are being achieved with every decision while maintaining an emphasis on product cost.
- Influence and manage continuous improvement of product/ solution development lifecycle process practices and initiatives
- Develop and maintain measurements of customer satisfaction and collect and analyze measurements.
- Direct the activities of the help desk team and customer relationship management functions.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, deal requirements, and client’s needs and goals.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, providing good business analysis, discovering and exporting opportunities.
- Strong ability to develop business cases through cost modules as well as a strong understanding of information technology. Statistics and general business analysis.
- Support and coordinate IT sourcing and vendor management
Skills:
- Strong capability of building business modules and analysis tools

- Strong knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other business analysis tools
- Excellent Communication Skills Sense of urgency and responsibility
