Description
1. Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses topic selection
and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business’s
overall objectives.

2. Collaborate with instructors to design effective learning experiences, managing and
supporting them through the course development process

3. Onboard new instructors to the course development process, and introduce them to
the companies tools and pedagogical best practices

4. Be the first learner during course development

5. Ensure course materials meet the companies quality standards and align with style guidelines

6. Analyze feedback and performance data from user testing and prioritize revisions to
improve the content effectiveness and drive learner outcomes

7. Assist course instructors with importing videos, text, exercises, and projects to the
 the companies library

8. “Train the trainer” - assess instructor skills and teach instructors to become better
teachers

9. Lead initiatives and experiments to improve the instructor experience at  the company

10. Ensures that all the business’s narratives and message are in support of the content
strategies and editorial decisions that he formulates along with the Director of
Marketing, Director of Partnerships, and key stakeholders.

11.Acts as a mentor to the team, ensuring a steady, gradual improvement in their
professional skills and gearing them up for the occupation of his position in future.

12. Designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage,
optimize and communicate the performance of the content put out against the business’s
operational objectives and strategies.

13. Ensures ongoing research to inform content strategy by formulating questionnaires
and surveys, gathering information from key industry figures in an attempt to determine
the validity of proposed topics and themes for the business’s content. Also conducts
research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and
uses the results to come up with well informed topics and themes for content creation.

14. Plays a collaborative role by partnering up with the marketing team to support
marketing activities such as product branding, content, and messages.



Requirements

1. A Master’s Degree or PhD in Learning Science, Education, Educational Technology,
Educational Research, or a related field

2. 7+ years of experience designing, delivering or researching learning in either
Post-Secondary or K-12 context

3. Ability to review educational content from a student perspective, surface areas for
improvement, and prioritize revisions

4. Prior teaching experience is a plus

5. Understanding of online learning and content design

6. Excellent Arabic and English verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills

7. Possesses strong leadership skills if s/he that enables leading the content team to
successful completion of its objectives.

8. Must demonstrate a keen interest and competency in technology, applications and
relevant softwares.

9. Must possess excellent skills in Ms Word and PowerPoint, which he will use to create
verbally and visually engaging content, reports, and presentations

10. Strong teamwork skills in order to work collaboratively with marketing/sales teams

11. Highly motivated, proactive and passionate about education

12. Effective organization, time management and project management skills
