Position Responsibilities:

 
  • Translate digital campaign strategy into a strong media and implementation plan
  • Develop campaign goals and KPIs to drive business growth, acquisition, user engagement, churn reductions and brand awareness across all digital paid channel
  • Work closely with media agency to define and quantify target audience across media channels  and inform campaign set-up
  • Define channel investment level across campaign and phases based on strategy, plan and quantified audience
  • Collaborate with Content Team to deliver integrated media-content plan (regional and local)
  • Liaise with local Digital Marketing Managers on overall plan, investment, content integration, amplification schedule and reporting
  • High energy and strong collaboration skills to work closely with local market teams and deliver compelling results
  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics to consistently identify best performing digital channels that drive ROI
  • Interpret campaign performance data and drive actionable insights that can feed into digital strategies, channel performance and campaign optimizations
  • Review and verify correct content (post) usage and landing page against plan
  • Track investment progress, channel performance progress, content & message performance and Audience performance
  • Drive incremental actionable insights through web analytics and competitive landscape benchmarking to improve traffic acquisition, user experience and platform capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive landing page/ad creative/product feed optimization to improve channel performance, onboard new partners, maintain accurate reporting
  • Oversee and allocate media budget across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Video and other paid media channels
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team on attribution models, analytics, audience segmentation, messaging, promotions, and retention strategies.
  • Build relationships with all media agency and manage the day-to-day agency requirements.
 

Essential Skills and Experience:

The role requires excellent business acumen and good stakeholder management as well as technical skills and experience in data analysis, defining trends and generating insights.

  • At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience (managing and implementing digital campaigns across all paid media channels)
  • Strategic mind-set, attention to detail, and master of handling dates/deliverables
  • Experience defining, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics
  • Track record of process success and flawless execution
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills -- comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable media insights (ROI) and using them to inform future campaigns
  • Committed to results, fearless, high-energy and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand media mix dynamics and generate cross channel recommendations
  • Solid understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively
 

Qualifications  (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)

 
  • Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
