Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement Marketing Campaigns and Key Marketing Programs.
- Optimize Marketing Budget and Maximize ROI.
- Lead, Motivate, Engage and Develop Team Members.
- Conduct sales performance analysis and business review of assigned brands, identify opportunities and work with cross-functionally to develop and execute actions.
- Monitor competition activities and work cross-functionally to develop necessary counteractions.
- Lead and work closely with operation, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure timely launch of innovations.
- Implement Marketing Campaigns and Key Marketing Programs.
- Develop Actionable Insights from Business, Market and Consumer Data.
- Budget planning by activity & media channel with focus on digital media.
- Manage Relations with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- The need for strong resilience in driving perfect execution of brand programs.
Other Requirements:
- · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with proven results in Marketing at F&B industry.
- Strategic thinking.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent project management skills covering product & process development within Restaurants environment (including ability to succinctly define project aims, work to a defined timeline, communicate project progress to stakeholders.
