Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Marketing Campaigns and Key Marketing Programs.
  • Optimize Marketing Budget and Maximize ROI.
  • Lead, Motivate, Engage and Develop Team Members.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and business review of assigned brands, identify opportunities and work with cross-functionally to develop and execute actions.
  • Monitor competition activities and work cross-functionally to develop necessary counteractions.
  • Lead and work closely with operation, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure timely launch of innovations.
  • Implement Marketing Campaigns and Key Marketing Programs.
  • Develop Actionable Insights from Business, Market and Consumer Data.
  • Budget planning by activity & media channel with focus on digital media.
  • Manage Relations with Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • The need for strong resilience in driving perfect execution of brand programs.

 

Other Requirements:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with proven results in Marketing at F&B industry.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Consumer centric.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management skills covering product & process development within Restaurants environment (including ability to succinctly define project aims, work to a defined timeline, communicate project progress to stakeholders.
