Description

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager who is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The candidate should be able to define and provide solutions, manage the needs and requirements of the clients, and Contribute to the growth of business to achieve long-term success.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

 

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

 

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

 

· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

 

· Forecast and track key account metrics

 

· Prepare reports on account status

 

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

 

· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

· Accountable for meeting assigned Sales Quota

 

· Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships.

 

 

 

Requirement Specifications:

 

·3-5 years of Experience in Sales, Technology Solutions for Customer Experience and Data Management are required.

 

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

 

· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

 

· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

 

· Self-driven, entrepreneurial and will do attitude key for success in the row.

 

· Good verbal and written communications skills in English.

 

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
