Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing strategies that support online stores to improve the customer journey and sales.
• Examining landing pages, product information and availability, content, checkout options, and all other website-related systems for visual appeal, correctness, and usability.
• Managing and tracking website orders flow.
• Manage payment gateway and ensure payment and invoicing processes.
• Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
• Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Analyzing website sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
• Solving all website technical problems such as that face customers on the website.
• Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimize user journey.
• Preparing and submitting the necessary reports and analyses to management per need.
• Liaise and coordinate with external parties to support e-commerce per business need.
• Collaborate with other teams such as finance and retail to insure smooth customer journey.
• Manage the periodic maintenance of the website.
