Tasks and Responsibilities

1-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
3- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
4- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational change.
5- Conduct research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
6- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
7- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
8- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
9- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
10- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
11- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
12- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
13- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
14- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
15- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
16- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Main Requirements


5+ years of experience in Sales & Development
Experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
