Description
Responsibilities and Duties • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment • Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures • Managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards • Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs • Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand • Participate in company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS) • Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires Skills and Requirments • Proven work experience in a senior-level HR position • Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks) • Sound knowledge of all labor law • Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners • Experience with resume databases and ATS • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills • Exceptional team-management and organizational skills
