Description
Task and Responsibilities

Communicate with the Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor.
Review branch requests and ensure their validity.
Supervising the processing of branch requests and supervising how to package them according to the standard.
Ensure that the branch fully receives the requests and document any deficiency or error to amend it.
Follow up shipments inside and outside the Kingdom.
Follow-up with the customs broker to follow up the shipment from the time it is shipped until it reaches the warehouse in Riyadh and follow it up in Dubai and coordinate shipments and arrival times.
Issue a policy.
Customs - periodically following up on customs regulations and procedures.
Follow-up of the pending shipments at the port and airport with customs until they are cleared, and it includes visiting the airport or port when needed.
Products are registered in the cosma-E system
Coordinate the registration of new products prior to shipment with the Dubai office and with the procurement official.
Communication with domestic shipping companies regarding invoices and freight.
Warehouse tasks:
Supervising the cleanliness, cooling quality, and organizing work in the warehouse as recognized.
Supervising the file of the affected person and the file of opening a merchandise covert
Supervising files and archiving and ensuring that there is an organized and coordinated archive for each of:
Archive receipts from branches in the office.
 Aggrieved Reports
Employee gifts / personal use.
Issuing reports from the system regarding sales and others.
Registration of products and suppliers "assignment"
Transportation cart operation management
Supervising the delivery representative for the company.
Follow up the cart in case of breakdown and repair it.


Requirements:

+3 years experience in similar role
Knowledge of laws, regulations and requirements
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
