Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team also possesses competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals or target

Design and implement a plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

Implementing sales plans, supervising sales staff to Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products and meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales projecting expected sales volume and profit

Make sure technical and operational responsibilities are fulfilled (in collaboration with the Technical and Production Departments)

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Resolve customer issues fairly and in a timely manner

Assist in collecting debts

Ability of make a balance between the sales and sales collectible

Direct reporting to General Manager
 

Skills Requirements

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Preference given to those who has the knowledge about the market of disposable plastic products and watch boxes and stands

Ability to communicate in English and as well as strong grip on Arabic language reading, writing and speaking

Negotiation of legal skills

Team building skills
