Responsibilities and Duties

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 
Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet clint expectations.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business growth plan by penetrating new market and capturing unique opportunity
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes in BD Dept.
Conduct research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Oversee and manage the Business Development teams including coaching and learning support by providing Individual development plan for each employee.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc and set a reporting technique.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring goals are met.
help to plan sales campaigns.
create a sales pipeline.
develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of director.
negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
 increase sales of the business as planed in target segmentation

Skills and Requirements:
Experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record of achievement
Experience in customer support
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Smart Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
